We eat healthy foods to keep our body properly nourished and to ensure that are organs functioning properly. But do you know that what we eat also has a great impact to another organ, your skin. Consistently eating healthfully can really help get you that radiant look. Your skin care routine is definitely a plus, but always remember that a clear, healthy and radiant skin actually begins from within. So, consider the saying, you become what you eat. From C to E. The booster if skin health is Vitamin E. It is another antioxidant which can help you save your skin from inflammation and sun damage. You may get it from sources like nuts, seeds, vegetable oil, and spinach. 

Omega-3 Fatty Acids. These are good fats that help make your skin's natural oil barrier, keeping away dryness and blemishes. It leaves the skin smoother and younger-looking and fight free-radical damage by reducing cellular inflammation. Stock up on salmon, herring, olive and canola oils, sardines, mackerel, flaxseeds, and walnuts. Fatty fish is a type of seafood which is also considered as a source of high-quality protein and is needed for maintaining the strength of your skin.

Green tea, an antioxidant powerhouse in a cup.  This is the closest thing to a magic potion for your skin. There are many wonders a green tea can do. It helps stop inflammation, prevent the sun from burning your skin, and helps slow down DNA damage. It is the major protector for skin aging. The catechins, a powerful compound in green tea works to improve hydration, thickness, elasticity and your overall skin health.
