Are apples the secret to a long life? Is the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” factual? Other than the fact that this proverb is easy to remember and say, it may also be true to some extent. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be in existence and enjoyed for a such a long time. Let’s find out.
